A Study on the Impact of Individual Competencies on the Business Performance of Vocational Rehabilitation Facilities

Abstract
This study aims at grasping the effect on business performance of individual capacity that Vocational Rehabilitation Facilities worker have and at finding an effective way to contribute to business performance of Vocational Rehabilitation Facilities.
The results, First, worker¡¯s individual capacity had difference, depending on demo-sociological traits. Second, worker¡¯s business performance, the younger their age, and the higher their academic ability, the more significant the difference had was, depending on position and career. Third, respective capability had difference in level, depending on the general trait of vocational rehabilitation facilities. Fourth, the business performance had a difference in number of workers, number of working disabled person, average sales. Fifth, worker¡¯s respective capability had a significant effect on business performance. Sixth, worker¡¯s knowledge capability and ability capability appeared as the factors which can enhance the business performance of vocational rehabilitation facilities.
This study, concerning the business performance of vocational rehabilitation facilities, conducted some political suggestions to enhance respective capability on the basis of the result.
